Executors & Trustees

An executor applies for probate and administers your estate in accordance with your will.

Executor 1 (Primary)

If Executor 1 cannot act, you may appoint a substitute executor below.

Executor 2a (Substitute)

If you would like Executor 2a to act jointly with another person, nominate them below.

Executor 2b (Joint with Executor 2a)
Guardians (Children under 18)

If you have children under 18 years of age, who would you like to appoint as guardian?

Please note that appointing someone as a testamentary guardian does not mean they will have the legal right to have day-to-day care of your children. Their powers will be balanced against those of existing guardians.

Guardian 1

If Guardian 1 cannot act or you'd like Guardian 1 to act jointly with someone, you may appoint an alternative/jointly guardian.
