Semisi is Tongan and comes from the Villages of Feletoa, Leimatu’a, Mataika in Vava’u.
Semisi works on criminal, employment, and immigration matters, and has previously been a Legal Assistance Panel Lawyer for the Royal Commission: Abuse in Care. He is a Youth Advocate and also provides legal aid with Criminal PAL 3, parole, and Police Detention Legal Assistance approval.
Semisi has a compassionate approach takes the time to listen to his clients’ concerns and works to ensure that their rights are protected.
Tuimaifoa Lemaluotiafau Fa’aea
Tuimaifoa is Samoan and hails from the villages of Luatuanu’u, Nofoali’i, Saleaumua and Manono Tai.
Tuimaifoa heads our Hamiton Office. She graduated from Te Herenga Waka (Victoria University of Wellington) with a conjoint degree in Law and Commerce.
Tuimaifoa is an experienced private client lawyer who understands the importance of protecting your assets and advises with your best interest at heart.
Tuimaifoa is available to meet you online or in person in Hamilton or by prior arrangement in the Wellington office.
Edwina Smith
Edwina is our associate lawyer who works primarily in criminal law, limited licenses, corrections and legal aid matters. She is dedicated and understands the difficulties navigating the criminal justice system. She is skilled in helping you through this system to ensure that you come out better off or at least not further harmed.
Edwina enjoys fighting for justice and will look after you if you ever need a criminal defence lawyer.
Edwina conducts jury trials, judge alone trials, sentencing, discharges without convictions, bail hearings, pre-trial hearings, and covers wide range of matters in the criminal law space.
