LIMITED
LICENCES
For those people who live in the Wellington, Hutt Valley, and Porirua areas and have been disqualified or suspended from driving, you may be eligible for a limited licence (aka a work licence).
An application is required which includes a sworn statement (affidavit) which we prepare for you.
Limited licences are not covered by legal aid. These are paid for by you. We provide a fixed fee option for this and payment instalments to help you access this easier.

Affordable Hourly Rates for Lawyers
At our law firm, we offer competitive hourly rates for legal services:
- Lawyers: $172.50 – $345.00 per hour (incl GST)
- Law Clerks and Paralegals: $115.00 (incl GST) per hour
