Our Team
Semisi is Tongan and comes from the Villages of Feletoa, Leimatu’a, Mataika in Vava’u.
Semisi works on criminal, employment, and immigration matters, and has previously been a Legal Assistance Panel Lawyer for the Royal Commission: Abuse in Care. He is a Youth Advocate and also provides legal aid with Criminal PAL 3, parole, and Police Detention Legal Assistance approval.
Semisi has a compassionate approach takes the time to listen to his clients’ concerns and works to ensure that their rights are protected.
Tuimaifoa is Samoan and hails from the villages of Luatuanu’u, Nofoali’i, Saleaumua and Manono Tai.
Tuimaifoa heads our Private Client Team. She graduated from Te Herenga Waka (Victoria University of Wellington) with a conjoint degree in Law and Commerce.

Kitty is Samoan and her family hails from Si’uniu and Satalo in Falealili, Upolu. She takes pride in the fact she grew up in Otara, South Auckland as well as Tokoroa, South Waikato.
She is an Associate Lawyer based in Tokoroa and works with clients across the wider region. Her practice is primarily focused on criminal law, with her work also extending to immigration and employment matters.
Kitty is experienced in litigation, having worked in both criminal defence and WorkSafe New Zealand prosecutions.
Kitty is passionate about advocating for and educating people who may otherwise find the legal system intimidating or difficult to navigate. She also prepares cultural reports for sentencing and values taking the time to understand each person, their background and the circumstances behind their matter. Her approach is grounded in service and compassion, ensuring her clients feel heard, informed and properly represented.
